How to update the .au domain registrant?

If the ABN/ACN associated with your domain has changed you will need to begin a change of registrant process to get this updated. This can be completed as follows:

 

  1. Login to your account at https://members.relentlesshosting.com.au
  2. Navigate to Domains->My Domains from the top menu
  3. Click the spanner icon next to the domain name you wish to change
  4. Under the "Manage" menu on the left (or on top when on mobile) click "Initiate CoR"
  5. Choose the number of years to register the domain, and click "Create invoice"
  6. Once the invoice has been paid, you will receive an email with steps to follow to complete the change of registrant
