    During the above maintenance we will be migrating all our servers to a new datacentre. Unlike our last migration, no IP addresses will change, and no changes are required from you. There will be up to 1 hour of downtime during the above window while we shut off access to all servers in the current datacentre and copy across everything to the new datacentre. We will then bring the servers back up at the new datacentre and all services should come back up. After the migration, if you notice any files missing please make sure to let us know before the 1st of August as after that date all data at the old datacentre will be deleted. All backups currently available via R1Soft will be removed and will be started fresh. If you require anything from the R1Soft backups, please download this prior to the maintenance.

    During the maintenance our nameservers will remain online so any DNS entries such as external mail on Office365 and G Suite will continue to function.

    The issues with the email server should now be resolved. Any email that failed to receive through the day should start arriving, but may take a few hours to come in due to the large amount of emails currently being received.

Nameserver Configuration Issue (Resolved)

  • We are currently experiencing problems with our ns1.relentlesshosting.com.au and ns2.relentlesshosting.com.au nameservers. This is causing any client sites on these nameservers to not show up correctly. We are investigating at the moment and will have it resolved soon.

Emergency Server Changes (Resolved)

  • Due to recent events with our network and performance issues with our webserver we will be performing an emergency maintenance tomorrow. Tomorrow all websites will be moved to a new server, which means new IP addresses. We are not aware of the IP addresses that will be assigned as of yet, but we will inform you when we know. We will keep you posted in the coming hours.

Planned Network Maintance (Resolved)

    Relentless Hosting wishes to advise that planned maintenance is scheduled to be performed within the Tuggerah network that will affect services including Dedicated Servers, Co-location, VPS and Game Server services located in Tuggerah ONLY

    During these scheduled works one of our Backhaul providers will be performing maintenance for up to 10 minutes.
