How do I unblock myself from the firewall?

If you have gotten yourself blocked by the firewall on our server you can follow the following steps to unblock yourself

  1. Login to your account at https://www.relentlesshosting.com.au/members/clientarea.php
  2. Navigate to My Services by going to Services->My Services from the top menu.
  3. Click on the row for your hosting service that you have been blocked for
  4. From the left Actions menu, click Manage Firewall
  5. Click on Unblock IP from the Manage Firewall menu on the left
  6. If you have been blocked, you will see a table showing the reason why and when it expires.
  7. To unblock your IP click the Unblock button
